If so, then you might just be what we\xe2\x80\x99re looking for.Reporting to the facility manager, you\xe2\x80\x99ll provide efficient and cost effective transport service to the client. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also see to it that each vehicle leaves at the exact appointed time, and that the start time and kilometre readings are constantly logged for documentation.Likewise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll ensure that our staff log their boarding and initial pick up time\xe2\x80\x94and that only those listed on our roster sheet are picked up. Should the need arise, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also make sure that approval is on hand for staff in need of pick up.You\xe2\x80\x99ll also help maintain a 24/7 transport helpdesk, which will provide call logging services and handle queries and concerns. On top of these, you\xe2\x80\x99ll also monitor and report cases of speeding and other incidents to the Transport Helpdesk, and communicate with them over the radio when needed.Furthermore, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be in charge of filling our log books upon arrival to the client\xe2\x80\x99s site, but leaving out any excess mileage.Serving as a go-between among teamsBeing a part of the JLL family, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be constantly collaborating with teams across the board\xe2\x80\x94especially in this role. As the person in charge, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be central in supporting the transport team at the client\xe2\x80\x99s facility. You\xe2\x80\x99ll also be responsible for keeping in touch with our vendor supervisors.In addition, you\xe2\x80\x99ll keep a record of important transport-related phone numbers. Also part of your scope is to prepare work orders and assign a unique reference number for each transport request. Your superior analytical skills will also prove handy, as you\xe2\x80\x99ll look into and prepare daily, weekly and monthly transport reports.Duties & responsibilities:

• As per employee transport guidelines, direct the employees to register themselves to avail transport requirement & opt out as per their decision.
• Once employees schedule their transport requirements, follow up, schedule for login & logout.
• Weekly deployment of vehicles for employee shuttle and interoffice shuttle for both sites.
• Take note of RAC/Airport transfers/ disposal and assign vehicles for employees / guest/ visitors accordingly.
• Arrange pick/drop for events & group travels.
• Prepare weekly/ fortnightly & monthly reports on transport usage & spend
• Monthly connect with both the services provide to discuss Key performance indicators and rate their service. Track the progress of performance levels month on month.
• Frequently/monthly conduct vehicle inspections/ documentation checks & driver briefing (do\xe2\x80\x99s & don\xe2\x80\x99ts)
• Escalation handling & coming up with corrective measures to ensure instances are not repeated.
• Frequently get employee feedback on transport service and work on to resolves the issues/concern/queries.
• MIS tracker to verify monthly, come prepared with cost allocation of RAC/adhoc requests for invoicing purpose. Ensure invoices are submitted on or before 10th of every month
• Come up with cost saving efforts at all times
• Have a effective plan to tweak/ adjust routing/number of vehicles as when there is decline in transport users
