Ensuring end to end transport operations coverage., & Transport record management, with proper documentation. MIS dashboard projection.Client/Stakeholder Management (in support of the Site lead) :

  • Comply with all requirements of the Client contract and meet or exceed Key Performance Indicators.
  • Deliver an exceptional quality of service to the Client, as reflected by Client feedback.
Operations Management :
  • Review of cab routes as per the shift roster & validating as per the local geography.
  • Overseeing the Cab allotment, managed by vendor supervisor on daily basis.
  • Inspection of cabs for cleanliness, Functionality of AC system etc.
  • Monitoring on time arrival / on time departure of cabs
  • Ensure each cab drivers are carrying relevant documents required as per driving norms, random checks to be carried out on availability of these documents in Cab.
  • Resolve user's complaints and concerns with solutions and follow up.
  • Be able to demonstrate continuous improvements in fleet operations.
  • Reporting the transport incidents timely manner & follow the right escalation protocols.
  • Assist with critical out-of-hours issues & participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations.
  • Ensure service deliverables meet SLAs and KPIs
  • Cost saving mind-set that drives value for service as every level
  • Generation of Transport related reports, Cab Trip, Adhoc, no shows, BU based costing analysis etc.
  • Support with critical out-of-hours issues & participate as a key team member in responses to emergency situations.
  • Validation of invoices submitted by the vendor.
CANDIDATE SPECIFICATION: KEY SELECTION CRITERIAIdeal Experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as presentation skills
  • Able to adapt in a fast-paced working environment and versatile in meeting client changing needs and requirements.
  • Strong analytical, organization and administration skills & Tech savvy
  • A minimum of 2 years in the Transport/Fleet management in any MNC / Hospitality industry
  • An added benefit would be a Bachelors degree in facilities management, building, business or other related field; however, this is not a must.
