Transplant Coordinator
Job Description
Qualifications: Graduate in Any Field
Experience: Above 5 Years
• Provide Counseling for transplant recipients and care givers about the transplant.
• Liaison with the multi-disciplinary team within the hospital (medical and paramedical personnel) and facilitate the donation and transplant program.
• Liaison with different state government bodies and obtain necessary permissions to conduct transplant surgeries.
• Coordinates and facilitates discharge planning with in-patient team to maintain continuity of care.
• Provides accurate, appropriate and timely documentation to meet state and federal regulatory requirements.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: From ?25,000.00 per month
