:Job OpportunityAbout this opportunity:Join our team at Ericsson as a Transmission Lead a critical role that drives our end-to-end technical solutions based on customer specifications and burgeoning business needs. As part of our dynamic team, you will facilitate profitable business growth by bridging customer needs and technical opportunities into robust offerings and proposals.In this role, the candidate is responsible for:

• To lead team of SME\xe2\x80\x99s from IP, Optical and Microwave domain
• Scoping, defining, designing, configuring, provisioning, and customizing E2E Transport solution.
• Expertise in change and incident management.
• Analyzing customer technology, define business requirements & participate in risk analysis.
• Understanding, Collecting, and documenting customer requirements.
• Define E2E process flow for Transport domain activities and align team accordingly.
• Deploy & drive end-to-end technical solutions in Transport Domains across - IPRAN/IPCore/Mobility, CEN Networks, IP-MPLS, MPLS-TP, Optical/DWDM, Microwave, Packet Backbone etc.
• Develop technical presentations related to Transport solution and implementation procedures.
• Perform C-Level customer presentations on services solutions.
• Ensure E2E delivery and customer acceptance.
• Strong team player capable to support Integration teams in troubleshooting during deployment & Migration Phases of Project on product, performance & solution level.
• To formulate Service Migration strategy and lead discussions with customer
• Perform actual service, node, and network migration in the multi-vendor scenario.
• Delivering Results & Meeting Customer Expectations

Must Have:

• Bachelor of Engineering in Telecommunication/Electronics/CS/IT with relevant experience of 15-18 years.
• Strong IP. Optical and Microwave Design, integration and troubleshooting skills.
• Hands-on experience on at-least one OEM\xe2\x80\x99s product in each domain. IP - Cisco/Juniper/Nokia/ZTE/Huawei, Optical/DWDM - Huawei/ECI/Ciena/ Tejas, MW - Huawei/Ericsson/Ceragon/NEC/ZTE
• Design and configuration of Layer-3/Layer-2 technologies, like, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, ISIS, Segment Routing, EVPN, MPLS L2/L3 VPN, MPLS-TE, QOS, VLAN/VxLAN, Optics, SDH, SONET, DWDM, OTN, SDN Carrier Ethernet, MPLS-TP etc.
• Excellent understanding of network Service Architecture and should be able to prepare CLI/MOP for complex service provisioning/migrations.
• Certifications - CCNA/JNCIA or JNCIS or JNCIP/CCNP or equivalent level.
• Good communication and documentation and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have:

• Expert level certification is a plus.
• Planning, organization and executing skills.
• Good understanding of E2E telecom networks, including Mobile and enterprise.
• Familiarity with 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G Service Flow & Interfaces etc.
• Prior working experience in Services NOC as team lead is an advantage.
