Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Basic Translational Research Specialist to help bridge the gap between laboratory research and real-world clinical applications. In this role, you will take scientific discoveries and work to turn them into practical treatments, therapies, or diagnostic tools that can benefit patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct lab research to understand disease mechanisms and develop potential treatments.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to help move lab findings into clinical trials.
• Analyze data and create reports based on research outcomes.
• Design experiments and protocols to test new drugs or therapies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards for research and trials.
• Work with industry partners for technology transfer and commercialization.
• Prepare and present findings in research papers or journals.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in biology, molecular biology, or related fields.
• Experience in lab research and data analysis.
• Familiarity with clinical trials and research protocols.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of statistical analysis tools.
• Previous experience in translational research or clinical research.
