Overview:The migration manager works with the migration leader to plan and execute one or more of the migration projects.
This position will be responsible for successful migration of specified roles into GBS
They will work across the team to ensure knowledge sharing and enabling the delivery team to be well prepared for the go live
Responsibilities:Doing the following for their specific projects, under supervision of Migration Leader
Plan, project manage and execute the overall/part of the Transition Program for a Function/s
Overall transition management of existing processes for a Function/s from local sites into the BSC
Work with the Function Lead/s, BSC teams and local site management in delivering the transition program for the Function/s
Monitoring and reporting of overall transition progress
Identify and monitor transition risks and issues, propose and implement corrective actions
Ensure successful delivery of Transition outputs (DTPs, Process Maps, SLA/OLAs, other for a Function/s)
Work together with Project Management/PMO/TMO, fellow Functions and Work-streams on the Program to deliver the Program objectives
Ensure efficient and effective transition delivery
Collaborate with, support and manage relevant Function/s TCs
Ensure effective communication between key stakeholders groups for each transition (Program Team, Function Leadership, Local site management, BSC Management, BSC Knowledge Capture Teams, Other)
Successful training of BSC Knowledge Capture Teams
Ensure correct application of transition methodology to each transition being managed by the TCs
Provide general transition management expertise and advice
Qualifications:
Proven ability to work with different stakeholders, excellent stakeholder management and client handling (domestic & international) skills
Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to manage change in a fluid, dynamic and evolving environment
Track record of excellent project execution / delivery preferred
Understanding of metrics, process improvements, lean and six sigma would be helpful
Proficient with MS Office xe2x80x93 MS Excel and MS Power point in particular
Minimum required:
3 to 5 years: Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar position (TM/ Project Manager) in an international SSC or BPO environment
Preferred:
5 to 8 years: International experience; Proven track record of transition management of processes into an SSC/BPO organization
