Job Description
Relationship Management Transition Manager will interact frequently with client executives both in and out of the office throughout the transition phase to obtain executive buy- in on plan and approach prior to and during the transition phase. People Management The Transition Manager will lead extended teams, monitor performance to target and mentor junior team members to meet plan objectives. Organization Initiatives Transition Manager will participate / lead assigned cross functional assignments across the organization land creates thought leadership materials to influence the market or educate Infosys colleagues. Framework Development and Maintenance Transition Manager will lead creation and maintenance of frameworks for bid management, overall deal solutioning, due diligence planning and execution, transition solutioning and execution to facilitate efficiency and consistency.
