Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for recruitment and selection of respective candidates for Ahmedabad branch through various sources like Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job-search portals. Also, closely work with the old colleagues for references for selection of the best people of the industry for the betterment of the company
- Planning and scheduling the interviews of the potential candidates, keep them in contact with so as to conduct the interview rounds with different heads of the department.
- Responsible for onboarding, and induction training for new joiners.
- Manage, create, and implement the policies and processes on regular basis as per industry demand for all the departments for the smooth functioning of the company
- Work with Head of Operations to plan the HR activities which will beneficiary for the organization to increase the motivation levels of the employee so they can work more efficiently; hence increasing their productivity and output levels.
- Preparing and amending the HR Documents like offer letter, appointment letter, probation
confirmation letter, increment letter, promotions letters, experience letter, Business cards, ID cards etc.
- Developed the hierarchy structure, reporting forms and formats, and process to set up to run the department smoother with proper communication channel within all the department in the organization.
- Manage the Inventory and stock for the assets of the company.
- Maintain the daily, monthly expense report and do the financial analysis. Report the same to the management on regular basis. Also, manage the monthly income and expense report.
- Do the analysis and forecasting for the expenses for upcoming months and take corrective steps for controlling expenses.
- Responsible for Performance Management, define KRA, KPI for all the departments.
- Closely work on MIS Report, Manpower forecasting & Finance Analysis.
- Responsible for Policy restructure & implementation when required.
- Counselling with the underneath performers and take the necessary action to improve the performance of the employee.
- Guide and support to employee which help them to enhance their skill and help them to design the future path along with the organization.
- Responsible for Attendance, leave report and salary compliances.
- Co-ordinate with PF Consultants to avoid the compliance error.
- Conduct the meeting with the employee as a part of grievance management.
- Conduct the exit interview and take care the full and final settlements with the analysis of the attrition rate and reason of leaving the organization.
- Collect the quotes and do the vendor management and inventory management to avoid the unnecessary expenses.
- Responsible to organize the annual events of the company. This includes from getting the vendors to the company, dealing with them, successful execution of the event till after the event.
- Other additional responsibility assigned by Management as per business demand.
