Job Description

The position is \xe2\x80\x9cTransformer Technical Director\xe2\x80\x9d for Global ETO business within Schneider Electric for Medium Voltage, Oil type and Cast Resin Transformers.The position is more technical and light business skills together with strong Analytical and problem skills and deep understanding of Customer Applications.The position is a customer facing position with Strong engagement with Country teams, GCP, M&A and Global ETO Plants and various other stakeholders.The Incumbent will also be engaging and supporting M&A, ANVIL Project team etc for technical topics linked to Warranty and contracts in divested plants.It is expected that the potential candidate has good communication skills \xe2\x80\x93bet it Verbal, Written including good record keeping and data organizing skills.It\xe2\x80\x99s a Pre-requisite for the candidate to have great Influencing skills \xe2\x80\x93 both for external stakeholder eg customer / Contractor etc and Internal Stake holders.It will be added advantage if candidate is active in resolving Transformer site issues and Resolved several major customer issues over few two yearsExperience:

• Min 20 years in Industry with strong Transformer experience
• Experience in various functions in Transformers domain,

• Design / Engineering
• Manufacturing
• After Sales / Installation and Commissioning
• Project Management

• Good to have specialization in Transformer Design and / or Mfg / Testing
