There is an opportunity to leverage our risk knowledge and capital to create new shareholder value for Swiss Re through Solutions, which ultimately should lead to valuation uplift. Solutions are services delivered to clients that lead to new, more or better business profit generation for Swiss Re that would not happen through core or transaction business. These earnings will be manifested primarily through a fee income model. Our ambition is to move to the next level in terms of scale and professionalism, fully deploying Swiss Re\'s risk knowledge to a wider group of clients. Given this, we are creating a new Solutions Division, to significantly develop and grow our Solutions offering across the Swiss Re Group, with the ambitions of Swiss Re becoming the Solutions go-to partner. About The Role As Transformation Consultant Swiss Re Solutions, you\'ll be joining the Solutions Division as a direct report to our Head Transformation Swiss Re Solutions (SRS). In your role, you will be focusing primarily on supporting the development of the relevant capabilities, providing the relevant learning offerings and fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth . Our ambition is to enable continuous learning that delivers business results, client value and personal growth. By driving the upskilling of our employees and leaders, which is at the top of the executive team\'s agenda, you accelerate the pace of our holistic, multi-year transformation journey to become THE market leading reinsurance solutions provider. This is a transitionary role 2 years. As capabilities get stronger and transitions into a Solutions business role either within Risk Consulting Services, Sales or products. We\'re looking for a dynamic generalist profile who\'s open to evolution of the role. Key Responsibilities Include: Identify, assess and further develop the skills and capabilities our employees need to be a trusted partner for our clients and a great place to work for our employees[JB4] [KT5] e.g. insurance know-how, consultative sales, risk consulting, product management, data and analytics etc. Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to further develop the capability development offerings, including training portfolio and learning curricula Develop, manage, and drive the learning offerings to further develop the proficiency of specific target groups (e. g. leaders, sales organization, client markets, product teams) Work in iterations and learn fast: Develop - gain insights - improve. Create and foster an environment of continuous learning and growth Support the introduction of new products / offerings with targeted communication and learning offerings Measure and evaluate the overall learning effectiveness and capability development to continuously improve About You University degree or equivalent qualification Min. 5 years experience in business consulting, c[ hange management and learning/development Expert knowledge of change management principles and methodology, with practical experience gained with change/culture/capability programmes/projects Interest in Insurtech, data analytics and behavioural economics Outstanding senior stakeholder management skills Exceptional communication and storytelling skills Excellent written and verbal command of English (other languages a plus) Ability to think analytically, link activities to successfully coordinated change, and in solving complex problems Excellent organizational, project and time management skills Experience in working in an agile organisation We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
