About The Role Our client base largely comprises of SME businesses expanding internationally and therefore, looking for advice on transfer pricing planning and operating model structuring for inter-company dealings / transactions. Due to high demand for our transfer pricing services from our existing (and fast growing) client base, we are looking to hire someone with 2 to 3 years of experience in global transfer pricing, to join our team in India. The candidate will be working closely with the UK, US, and India team members to deliver transfer pricing related work to our clients. Job Details: Location: Bangalore, India or remote work Level: Senior Executive / Assistant Manager Work Experience: 2-3 years Education Qualification: Bachelor / Masters in preferably Commerce /Economics or MBA in finance Skills and responsibilities: As a Senior Executive / Assistant Manager, you\'ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to deliver quality work in time. Skills and responsibilities for this role will include but are not limited to: Minimum 2 years of experience in Transfer Pricing related offshore work, Must possess prior experience in profit level indicator based benchmarking studies (experience in global tools/databases like TP Catalyst, CompStat, OneSource, etc. would be preferable) Prior experience in Intangibles benchmarking studies would be preferable. Experience in preparing benchmarking reports and Industry Analysis Should have worked in a team environment. Good communication skills both written and verbal. Attention to details, deadline oriented and able to manage time effectively. Good computer skills, including MS Office tools, particularly Excel and Word Committed, ability to work long hours during busy periods.
