The Associate / Senior Associate will be responsible for managing client engagements which will be a healthy mix of international tax, M&A, Transfer Pricing and Litigation. We follow no Work from Home policy except in exceptional circumstances. Role & responsibilities

• Day-to-day tasks will include preparation of opinions, presentations, and proposals, researching and analyzing complex tax issues, leading briefings, and preparing submissions/ paper books at appellate stage, and advising clients on tax implications of business decisions.
• Experience in Tax Litigation, Alternate Dispute Resolution, and Advance Pricing Agreement (APA) a plus.
• Strong understanding of Transfer Pricing and International Tax issues, with experience in advising multinational corporations and Indian business groups.
### Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Corporate International Tax and Transfer Pricing with a reputed law firm or professional services firm.
• Excellent communication and project management skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple deadlines.
• Chartered Accountant / L.L.B
