Job Description
We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our Blusmart process. This role involves a blend of chat and voice interactions, providing excellent customer support to our clients.Key Responsibilities:- Handle inbound customer inquiries through chat and voice channels- Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues- Troubleshoot technical problems and guide customers through resolution processes- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions- Work effectively in a fast-paced, target-oriented environmentRequired Qualifications:- Graduate or Undergraduate degree- Minimum 6 months of relevant experience (preferred) for experience candidates.- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishWhat We Offer:- Competitive salary package up to 24K CTC (Fresher) and 26K CTC (Experienced)- 6-day work week with 1 rotational off- Day shift- Opportunities for career growth and developmentTo Apply:Walk-in Interview (ref:updazz.com)
