Be part of a dynamic team where your contributions ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction.Job SummaryAs a Team Member within the Customer Resolution Services team, you will undertake the responsibility of investigating and resolving customer claims, which may include discrepancies in amounts and missing deposits. Your role will encompass the processing of debit/credit adjustments, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring adherence to banking regulations. Your strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail will be crucial in enhancing customer satisfaction and mitigating losses.Job Responsibilities

  • Research and process debit/credit adjustments by contacting clearing partners.
  • Provide high-quality servicing of research requests for customers and internal departments.
  • Evaluate and analyze data from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment.
  • Monitor requests for age and provide updates as needed.
  • Analyze cases and apply resolution methods per SOP guidelines.
  • Refer complex issues to subject matter experts and team leaders.
  • Enhance customer experience by meeting accuracy levels and reducing resolution time.
  • Ensure processing discipline and respond to escalations urgently.
  • Participate in PMR, Q-board, and team huddles, identifying process improvements.
  • Complete assigned trainings on time.
  • Diligently follow banking guidelines provided by the Federal Government.
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
  • Graduate in Commerce or any stream with minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Demonstrate MS Office skills.
  • Communicate effectively in both oral and written formats.
  • Exhibit strong accounting knowledge.

  • Pay attention to detail and solve problems effectively.
