We are looking for a strong Transaction Manager to join our global team and support MODIFI in its mission to change the world of international trade. Your Impact Responsible for day to day Transaction Processing of global trade finance customers (India, UAE, USA, Greater China, Spain, UK, the Netherlands and other MODIFI geographies) Responsible for checking and verifying all documents in line with the trade requirements Ensuring transactions are processed and queries are resolved within TAT, thereby accountable for quality customer service and experience Smooth onboarding of customers and problem resolving Responsible for maintaining a clean portfolio by ensuring regular and timely follow ups with the sales teams and customers for upcoming repayments. Effectively mitigate the risks associated with FATF which includes Money Laundering/Terrorist Financing/Sanctions risks with all escalated trade finance transactions and provide approval/escalations as necessary Requirements The Ideal candidate should have a Masters/ University degree or equivalent with 1 to 4 years of Trade Finance operations experience Knowledge of all trade finance products (L/C, bank guarantee(s), receivables, transactional trade finance, inward outward remittances, regulatory guidelines etc.) Excellent Client and Stakeholder Management Fluent English High energy and self-driven individual with a passion to make a difference Team player and willingness to go the extra mile Benefits Why MODIFI Because we rock!
