Ensure adherence to the Training manual\'s guidelines.
Assess, create, and conduct training programs to uphold vessel safety and marine environmental standards, meeting regulatory and company demands.
Proactively identify and tackle training needs efficiently while staying within budget limits.
Maintain accurate records and documentation of training sessions.
Assess training effectiveness and client satisfaction, promptly addressing any deficiencies in line with Quality Management System requirements.
Keep updated on industry trends and address emerging challenges to maintain the company\'s competitive edge.
Communicate any issues regarding training course planning to the line manager.
Recognize the impact of seafarer readiness delays on business performance.
Foster positive relationships with colleagues, service providers, and external stakeholders across various business functions.
Requirements:
Minimally as a Master Mariner on Foreign going vessels or atleast 1 year of experience as a training superintendent with experience in chemical tankers.
Class 1 COC.
Determined and willing to nurture and train others.
