This position involves working as part of XS CAD's dedicated Training and Development team, which is focused on creating skills for pre-construction and virtual construction technologies.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:



The job profile involves the following roles and responsibilities





• Conduct training sessions on BIM software and tools for team members
• Develop training materials, presentations and resources to support BIM training programs
• Provide guidance and support to employees on best practices for BIM implementation
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure BIM standards and protocols
• Be updated with industry trends and advancements in BIM technology
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate BIM into various aspects of company operations
• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development related to BIM within the organisation
• Learn new skills in Revit Architecture/Revit MEP software and gain expertise in the entire BIM process, including parametric Families, Bill of Quantities, scheduling and their real-life project applications

Qualification & Experience Required:



Any one of the following qualifications will be acceptable:



• Diploma in interior design
• Diploma or degree in architecture/civil engineering
• Diploma or degree in mechanical engineering
• 3+ years of experience in BIM/Revit Architecture/Revit MEP training environment

Compensation:
