What we're looking for:
As the KYC Trainer at Tide- you will identify, prepare, develop, and deliver high quality training and development solutions for day-to-day KYC operations in compliance with AML regulations. The KYC team's day is busy, processing volumes of new applications, refreshing existing customer's KYC, and carrying out further enhanced due diligence. As part of this team, you would be working on producing high quality Training Guides as per procedure documents (you will also be responsible for co-creating the procedural documents with the policy and procedure lead), hosting exceptional training sessions for the KYC team across locations (currently Delhi/NCR and might expand to other locations within India), and other departments (if applicable). Further, you will also be responsible for making appropriate changes in the training material as per changes in the procedures and guidelines (internal as well as regulatory) and identifying training gaps within the KYC team and sorting those out in a timely manner across team levels.
Some of the things you'll be doing are:
• Creating training materials for the KYC and video-KYC analysts
• Providing training to the newly onboarded and existing KYC and video KYC analysts.
• Identifying training needs by consulting with stakeholders and conducting training for the same.
• Conducting Process Knowledge Test (PKT) for KYC and video-KYC analysts every month.
• Being the subject matter expert on KYC, video-KYC, corporate due diligence, and AML risk.
• Being the subject matter expert, providing ongoing training and continuous knowledge sharing with the analysts in the team.
• Disseminating product feature update to relevant stakeholders.
• Supporting the resolution of the issues raised by KYC analysts and escalations by stakeholders.
• Keeping yourself abreast of the latest changes in KYC/ AML policies and implementation of knowledge at team level
• Helping the Head of KYC, KYC policy Procedure Lead or any other relevant stakeholder to create processes in accordance with our policies to ensure that we meet rigorous KYC standards while building efficiency where possible.
• Working with Product Owners to build automation, system improvements & operational efficiencies.
• You will be reporting to Training Manager.
You'll be a great fit if:
• You have at least 1 year of experience handling KYC, Ongoing monitoring, or Compliance functions within Tide India.
• Your previous rise cycle score should at least be 'meets all expectations'.
• You are holding either KYC/ OM Analyst/ Sr. Analyst Position.
• You have been a subject matter expert within the team and have a complete understanding of the day-to-day operations at Tide India.
• You have a decent understanding and experience of digital KYC trends, processes, products, and regulations in India. Experience/background with CDD and EDD is a real advantage.
• You have implemented operational efficiencies in your profile and have worked towards automation of processes (e.g., documentation review).
• You have strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build solid relationships and collaborate across the business.
• You have exceptional listening, doubt solving capabilities and analytics skills.
• You have creative skills to articulate the processes through different tools (visual, e.g., PowerPoint presentations, as well as written, e.g., Confluence, Microsoft Word, etc.)
• You have to focus on quality and customer service.
• You have patience and empathy.
• You are highly motivated, enthusiastic and driven individual with never say die attitude capable of maintaining the morale of team in any situation.
• You are a good team member who is decisive, goal-oriented and proactive!
• You are Highly data driven and have good capabilities in Excel
• You have Tech mindset
• Previous teaching or training experience is an advantage.
• You are comfortable with change, ambiguity, debate, and conflict.
• You are a Multi-tasker who can manage multiple streams of work concurrently.
• You have proven record of managing various stakeholders (Internal as well as external) to get things done
• You are willing to work in a shared shift pattern
• You are willing to on work weekends or as and when required
