Candidate must be willing to work to maximize collaboration with key stakeholders and responsible for Training activities of the Unit.Job Title \xe2\x80\x93 Training SpecialistResponsibilitiesUnder supervision, conducts and facilitates general and specific trainings for KONE\xe2\x80\x99s employees.

• Provides orientation and training on new course materials through the selection of appropriate training aids.
• Prepares lesson plans relevant to training material.
• Track and analyze training programs by examining training participants\' job performance.
• Recommend changes to the training programs.
• Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.
• Prepare or participate in developing training material.
• Maintains strong connections with other training and /or HR colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends.
• Assists in conducting and facilitating training courses and programs and supports more senior trainers in above mentioned activities.

Are you the one?

• Minimum 5 years\' working experience in Training & Should be able to speak English, Hindi, Tamil & one more regional lang
• Exposure in coordinating with external Training Institutions
• Previous experience with organizing training programs and acting as a facilitator as an advantage
• Experience in working in a shared service center or call center is an advantage
• Ability to effectively communicate about learning and development opportunities to different stakeholders
• Excellent collaboration and cross-cultural skills
• Ability/Potential to train/facilitate
• Proactive way of working with ability to work independently
• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree or similar, preferably in Human Resources, Languages, Business administration
• Getting feedback from participants & Report generation
