Candidate must be willing to work to maximize collaboration with key stakeholders and responsible for Training activities of the Unit.Job Title - Training SpecialistResponsibilitiesUnder supervision, conducts and facilitates general and specific trainings for KONEs employees.

• Provides orientation and training on new course materials through the selection of appropriate training aids.
• Prepares lesson plans relevant to training material.
• Track and analyze training programs by examining training participants\' job performance.
• Recommend changes to the training programs.
• Analyzes course evaluations in order to judge effectiveness of training sessions and to implement suggestions for improvements.
• Prepare or participate in developing training material.
• Maintains strong connections with other training and /or HR colleagues within KONE to share best practices and to understand current and future trends.
• Assists in conducting and facilitating training courses and programs and supports more senior trainers in above mentioned activities.

Are you the one?

• Minimum 5 years\' working experience in Training & Should be able to speak English, Hindi, Tamil & one more regional lang
• Exposure in coordinating with external Training Institutions
• Previous experience with organizing training programs and acting as a facilitator as an advantage
• Experience in working in a shared service center or call center is an advantage
• Ability to effectively communicate about learning and development opportunities to different stakeholders
• Excellent collaboration and cross-cultural skills
• Ability/Potential to train/facilitate
• Proactive way of working with ability to work independently
• Bachelors degree or similar, preferably in Human Resources, Languages, Business administration
• Getting feedback from participants & Report generation
