Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. 0 to 2 years of experience in student placement or career services. Strong networking, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, work independently, and maintain detailed placement records.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Build and maintain robust relationships with employers, recruiters, and industry partners to foster internship and job opportunities for students. Plan and coordinate recruitment events, both on-campus and virtual, including job fairs, placement drives, and networking sessions. Organize resume writing, interview preparation, and soft skills workshops to enhance students' employability. Maintain an organized database of students' profiles, placements, and employers for tracking and reporting purposes. Assist students in preparing job applications, tailoring resumes, and practicing interview techniques.
