Training & Placement Officer
Job Description
• Build and maintain relationships with IT and software companies for placement opportunities.
• Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and interviews.
• Design training modules to align with industry demands.
• Collaborate with trainers to deliver workshops on technologies like Java, Python, Data Science, etc.
• Provide advice on resumes, LinkedIn profiles, and portfolio building.
• Ability to communicate effectively with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
• Motivate students to pursue learning and career development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?8,000.00 - ?14,000.00 per month
