We are seeking an experienced Placement Officer to join our team and collaborate with colleges to drive campus placements and career development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong network with industry leaders and a proven track record in managing placement activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain relationships with industry partners to create placement opportunities for students.

- Coordinate and organize campus recruitment drives and career fairs.

- Train and guide students on resume writing, interview preparation, and career planning.

- Develop placement strategies to align with industry trends and job market demands.

- Maintain and update placement records and analyze placement data to improve outcomes.

- Collaborate with faculty and management to enhance the employability skills of students.

Key Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Placement Officer or in a similar role.

- Strong industry network and ability to liaison with companies for placements.

- Excellent organizational and communication skills.

- Proficiency in using placement management tools and maintaining data records.

- Passion for student development and a results-driven approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
