About Kshamta Kendra:

Capacity Building and Training Centre Kshamta Kendra: SPYM invites applications for the post of Training Officer-Kshamta Kendra. The purpose of the training centre is to support the National AIDS Control Program (NACP),Ministry of Health & Family Welfare, Government of India in building the capacities and skill set among the Targeted Intervention projects.

Location: Vasant Kunj, New Delhi

About the Position: The Signatory will be assigned the post of training Officer, Kshamta Kendra at Delhi and will have responsibilities as specifically defined for the project given below:

Job Responsibilities

He/she will work closely with KK team and various stakeholders including TI implementing partners and respective State AIDS Control Societies facilitate logistics including finalization of training dates, venues, and roping in resource persons

Regular correspondence including sending Invites to participants, Resource person, finalize agenda, & address any logistical or administrative issues

Communicate with NGOs / CBOs and trainees finalising their participation, seek nominations and address their queries if any.

Maintain Documentation including preparation of agenda, training reports, Monthly/ quarterly Reports

Make entries in MIS and monitor updating the same.

Any other task may be assigned which is in the interest of SPYM project

Qualifications: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Communication (Mass Communication/Development Communications/International Relations/Social Sciences or any other relevant Field

Essential: Proficient in English with strong written and verbal communication abilities for drafting effective emails. Competency in MS Excel and MS Word, encompassing familiarity with various tools and formulas, is essential

Desirable: Work experience in targeted intervention projects by AIDS Control Society, Work experience in HIV and AIDS sector

Remuneration: Upto Rs. 30000/Month
