We are looking for a HR Training and Development Officer to our hospital establishment. To identify the training and development needs for our hospital and create effective training programs that will stimulate learning, professional development, and improve their skills. The ability to design courses and knowledge of teaching. To schedule the new joiner\'s orientation and induction training classes and conducting the program. Preparing the yearly training chart for internal and external program. Coordinating with other departmental HOD\'s and schedule the training program. Using interviews, questionnaires or discussions to assess how successful a training course is revising courses to suit the changing needs of the hospital. Monitoring the NABH relevant documents and to be upload in employee\'s files and HRM software. Good knowledge in health care HR training activates program Good time management & communication skills Required minimum three years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in HR training and development knowledge. Qualification - MBA/MSW Age Limit upto 35 yrs. Immediate joiners preferred. Job Type: Full-time Pay: 15,000.00 - 22,000.00 per month Benefits:
