Having experience in training the soft services staff, Calendar Management, SOP\'s ESSENTIAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Visit the client location & provide training & practical exposure to the new and existing employee. Provide Training to newly joined workers for the position of Housekeeping & Soft Services. Preparation of Training Calendar. Taking responsibility for ensuring all training rooms / venues, equipment, catering arrangements, and other requirements are made/ cancelled in advance Keeping data of training supplies and training materials up to date. Assisting in training course set up / clear up before and/or after a training event. Recording all staffs training attendance. Keeping training records & files up to date, filing forms. Assisting with arranging induction program timetables for new joiners. Conducting Refresher Training sessions as per Standards and Audit Reports.
