The responsibilities will include identifying training needs, designing appropriate content and ensuring effective execution of the same. 3. Responsibility of managing training requirements 4. New Hire Trainings, Need based Trainings and Refresher Trainings deployment responsibility and ensuring role readiness for trainees 5. Planning and managing training operations elements - trainers and training infra to be used for any mode of training Skills & Competencies : 1. Team Management 2. Functional Coordination 3. Exposure to user access controls for training needs 4. Strong verbal communication 5. Exposure in Functional Training
