Designation : Training Manager Location : Delhi Expeience : 10 + Years Experience with e-learning platforms MS Office proficiency Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments Strong communication skills Evaluate employee performance to gauge where skills are lacking. Create training programs to address skill gaps in employees Develop training manuals that target tangible results. Develop onboarding programs for new employees Desired Candidate Profile Must have experience into handling a Training team of minimum 15 trainers Experience Required- Minimum 10-12 years of experience required (minimum 5 years into team handling) Educational Qualification: Graduate& Above Industry: Education / Teaching / Training/ BPO/Ecommerce Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent Pay: 91,000,000.00 - 91,200,000.00 per year Benefits:
