Responsibilities and Skills:

Develop and deliver comprehensive sales training programs that align with the company\'s sales strategy and goals.
Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement.
Support and Mentor new employees
Identify and assess the training needs of the sales team and design effective training solutions to

meet those needs.

Deliver in-person and virtual training sessions for new hires and existing team members on product\\

knowledge, sales processes, objection handling, and other relevant topics.

Develop and maintain training materials, including presentations, videos, e-learning modules, and

other training resources.

Conduct regular evaluations to measure the effectiveness of training programs and adjust

accordingly.

Collaborate with sales leadership to identify performance gaps and develop strategies to address

them. Requirements:

Proven experience in designing and delivering effective sales training programs.
Strong knowledge of sales techniques, methodologies, and best practices.
Bachelor\'s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
