Designation _ Regional Training Manager Location - Chandigarh Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and monitor training programs within the organization. Conduct TNI & TNA across all profiles & develop, implement, and monitor training plans & programs. Amend and revise training modules as necessary, in order to adapt to changes occurring in the work environment. Conduct orientation sessions for employees. Deliver centre level trainings, BM, Faculty & Leadership training plans. Work in close coordination with online training team & Quality Analysts. Create testing and evaluation processes. Monitor and review the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers. Ensuring that statutory training requirements are met. Achieve CSAT scores of all the branches through systematic training interventions. Deliver training on team building, leadership & management. Devise systematic capability programs for all profiles. Assist with the development of strategic plans. Qualification & Skill Requirements: Male Candidates Only MBA in HR with an experience of 7 - 10 years in a similar role. Track record in designing and executing successful training programs. Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc). Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively. Strong report writing and record keeping ability. Good computer and database skills.
