B.E. / B. Tech (Civil) Mandatory Experience : Minimum 5 yrs of experience in Training, + Construction industry experience is mandatory Job Location : Ahmedabad, Gujarat As a training manager with a civil background, your primary responsibility would be to oversee the development and implementation of training programs for employees in a variety of areas related to civil engineering and construction. This would include identifying training needs, creating training materials and delivery methods, and evaluating the effectiveness of training programs.
