Manage and develop a learning plan for employees/associates after identifying the training needs within the region through productivity and skill gap analysis.Independently responsible for operational management of training Centre in your respective region.\xc2\xb7 Pre & Post recruitment orientation programme for fresher, Loan officers, Branch Managers & Area Managers\xc2\xb7 Monthly induction & refresher program on Product, Process, Policies & behavioural training in region.\xc2\xb7 Training need identification, training assessment, capability building & qualitative aspects of business, process, compliance, audit, crm, Sales pitch. identifying target audience\xc2\xb7 Process training on Loan Disbursement Process, Documentation & delinquency.\xc2\xb7 IT Systems & application training, Different APIs,\xc2\xb7 Collaborate with regional stakeholder and socialize learning journeys amongst region.\xc2\xb7 Measure learning effectiveness through periodic interventions and assessments.\xc2\xb7 Classroom conducting through LMS, maintain and captured all training details in LMS and report to HO and stakeholders\xc2\xb7 Publishing monthly training dashboard.\xc2\xb7 Visiting branch\'s for location based training\xc2\xb7 Reward & Recognition\xc2\xb7 Should be well versed with MFI / Microfinance industryMin 3yrs exp + Experience as a Regional Trainer
Must be familiar about Microfinance business models, process, policy & ProductKey SkillsWell versed with understanding of Microfinance Industry
Good acumen of technology and automation.Education Post Graduate/ Graduate in any discipline
