Zepto Caf\xc3\xa9 Training Lead Employment: Full Time
You will promote the brand image and culture through the use of targeted training activities by working closely with the brand and operations teams to identify where focus on product knowledge and brand understanding will foster a strong brand identity. You will then assist the HR Management and the Central Training team in coordinating training and development activities, championing training and development within the brand. You will:

  • Develop content of programs to meet the needs of the brand (digital as well as physical)
Run on the Job training campaigns for the team enabling them to build a strong understanding around the food and beverage items being prepared and packed.
  • Run certification programes for all the team members across levels to ensure the Zepto Caf\xc3\xa9 org is uptodate and has a correct understanding for the fnb products being sold.
  • Based on market needs, source appropriate training courses and materials suitable for implementation
  • Deliver development training and support the roll out of programs, making recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Manage the quality of activities and presentations to ensure high standard of training delivery
  • Build the Zepto caf\xc3\xa9 Training Org hiring strong training professionals across cities who are extremely hands on and can delivery OTJ trainings.
Requirements
You will have/be:
  • A minimum of 3-5 years\' training management experience within a large food and beverage QSR organization with a comprehensive knowledge of products and applications
  • An IHM graduate, preferably with a OCLD/TMTP background.
  • Excellent brand understanding

Your role will be extremely important as you will be responsible for training and enhancing competencies of our employees. You will be planning and implementing training programs and workshops in a way that is interesting and useful to our employees.
Training Manager duties and responsibilities
Evaluate employees and identify weaknesses
Identify training needs according to needs
Based on research, plan and implement training programs that will prepare employees for the next step of their career paths
Make other trainers\' schedules
Build quarterly and annual training program
Present all the technical and supply training requirements
Prepare budget for training programs and workshops
Encourage employees for training
Oversee employee attendance and performance
Track employee success and progress
Manage the production of program marketing material in collaboration with marketing team
Communicate all the training programs on a timely basis
Have a program announcement marketing strategy
Prepare and deliver training courses
Bring guest presenters if necessary
Implement training KPIs
Prepare and present reports on traiing program KIPs
Training Manager requirements and qualifications
3-5 years of experience as a QST Training Specialist or similar role
Experience with designing training programs and workshops
Ability to lead a full training cycle
Experience with learning management software
Knowledge of various training and teaching methods
Good knowledge of talent management and succession planning methods
Excellent decision making and organisational skills
Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on companys success
Outstanding managerial skills
Great team leader
Good time-management skills
Great interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office and database software
OCLD/TMTP grads preferred along with BS degree through IHM, Training, HR or related field
