Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality industry.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and training skills.
- Ability to design and deliver engaging training programs.

We are looking for a dedicated Training Executive to design and deliver comprehensive training programs for our restaurant staff. The ideal candidate will have experience in training and development, with a focus on service, kitchen handling, cleanliness, hygiene, grooming, and food handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Program Development:
- Create and update training programs for service staff, kitchen staff, and management.
- Ensure training aligns with company standards and industry best practices.
- Service Training:
- Train staff on exceptional customer service, etiquette, and communication skills.
- Focus on providing personalized experiences for guests.
- Kitchen Handling Training:
- Train kitchen staff on food preparation, presentation, and plating techniques.
- Ensure adherence to recipes, portion control, and food safety standards.
- Cleanliness and Hygiene Training:
- Train staff on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Focus on kitchen sanitation, waste management, and pest control.
- Grooming and Appearance Training:
- Train staff on personal grooming, uniform standards, and professional appearance.
- Ensure staff maintain a clean and well-groomed appearance at all times.
- Food Handling Training:
- Train staff on proper food handling, storage, and disposal techniques.
- Ensure adherence to food safety regulations and company policies.
- Training Delivery:
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to staff.
- Use various training methods, including demonstrations, role-playing, and hands-on training.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess staff knowledge and skills before and after training.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
