Position : Training Executive
Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Training Executive at Woods at Sasan, Gir, Gujrat. The Training Executive will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs for staff, conducting training needs assessments, and evaluating the effectiveness of training sessions. They will also collaborate with departments to ensure training aligns with company goals and objectives.
Qualifications :Training Program Design, Delivery, and Evaluation skills.Training Needs Assessment and Content Development skillsStrong Presentation and Communication skills, Organizational and Time Management skills
Experience in the hospitality industry. 2 to 3 Yrs in Hospitality Industry in L&D. Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Human Resources, or related field.
