Position Summary:

This position will be responsible to train the new joiner operators. Shall be completely responsible to take trainings on given modules. Should have good command over technical terms.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

Job Responsibilities:

• To train new joiners on production modules in classroom as well as OJT training.
• Creating new training modules - Therotical and practical.
• Preparing and maintaining operators skill matrix.
• Maintaining skill evaluation and records.
• Maintaining Audit documentation.

Basic Qualifications:

Full time degree in Diploma Electronics/ electrical / mechanical OR BSC electronics/electrical

Preferred Qualifications:

5 to 10 years of experience in Technical training field

Eligibility Requirements:

Preferably from Automotive industry. Having 1 to 5 years of experience as technical trainer.
