Shall be completely responsible to take trainings on given modules. Should have good command over technical terms. Supervisory Responsibilities: Job Responsibilities:
To train new joiners on production modules in classroom as well as OJT training.
Creating new training modules \xe2\x80\x93 Therotical and practical.
Preparing and maintaining operators skill matrix.
Maintaining skill evaluation and records.
Maintaining Audit documentation.
Basic Qualifications: Full time degree in Diploma Electronics/ electrical / mechanical OR BSC electronics/electrical Preferred Qualifications: 5 to 10 years of experience in Technical training field Leadership: Demonstrate character, clarity, courage and commitment to high-performance

Eligibility Requirements: Preferably from Automotive industry. Having 1 to 5 years of experience as technical trainer.
