• Plan, coordinate, and schedule technical training sessions based on organizational needs.
• Work closely with technical team develop training materials and curricula.
• Arrange training
• Maintain training records and track attendance to ensure compliance with training requirements.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and gather feedback from participants.
• Collaborate with HR and department heads to identify training needs and priorities.
• Assist in the development of online training modules and e-learning initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technical training methodologies.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to measure training effectiveness and adjust programs as needed.
