Responsibilities: The Training Coordinator will be responsible for designing, implementing, and overseeing the training programs for all restaurant staff.
This role ensures that new hires and existing employees are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to perform their duties effectively.
The Training Coordinator will work closely with the department head and the restaurant management team to identify training needs, develop training materials.
Job Role: Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new hires and existing employees.
Create and maintain training materials, manuals, and resources.
Schedule and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and ongoing training initiatives.
Collaborate with department heads to identify specific training needs and tailor programs accordingly.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve training programs.
Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
Support the on boarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
Excellent performance may also lead to a promotion as a Trainer.
