Knowledge in Skill Assessment to evaluate gaps.

Deliver Training Program as per the plan.

Developing Training Materials for conducting Training programs.

Adhering to the Annual Training Plan based on the Assessment results.

Ensuring comprehensive Induction programs for new employees, aiming for 100% completion.

Conducting Feedback surveys to evaluate the effectiveness of our training programs.

Applying knowledge of modern tools in training and reporting for efficiency.

Administering Training across all departments, focusing on Soft Skill and Functional Skills.

Building Collaboration with other departments to achieve our Training Goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?235,609.23 - ?350,068.69 per year
