About the Program:
YRGCARE has been selected as a Sub-Recipient to SAATHII , supporting NACO in the implementation of Phase-III of the Global Fund GFATM Program . The Global Fund aims to establish institutional mechanisms for the training of Targeted Intervention (TI) service providers through the Kshamta Kendra Training Centre , based in Guwahati. The centre caters to the State AIDS Control Societies (SACS) of Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Meghalaya, and Sikkim, providing training to staff of NGOs and CBOs working with core groups such as Female Sex Workers (FSW), Men who have Sex with Men (MSM), Hijra/Transgender individuals, People Who Inject Drugs (PWID), and Link Workers Scheme staff . YRGCARE is seeking motivated individuals for the following positions, to be based in Guwahati, Assam
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing Kshamta Kendra plan - AAP, quarterly and monthly plan Developing CB programs - developing training plan, scheduling master trainers, organizing training materials
• Communication/liaison with SACS/TSU for organizing trainings
• Documentation and reporting
• Other programs management
• Finance management
• Willingness for inter-state travel, as and when required
Qualifications and Experience:
• Post graduate with three years of relevant experience and/or two years of training experience in HIV programme
