A training content designer, who can
Develop Training Presentations: Create comprehensive PowerPoint presentations (on technical and regulatory topics) for training sessions in Company CI, ensuring the content is engaging, informative, and aligned with learning objectives. SME knowledge not required.
Edit and Refine Content: Review, restructure and edit existing presentations for accuracy, clarity, and visual appeal. Enhance the content based on SME approval to ensure it meets high standards.
Collaboration and Feedback Integration: Work closely with SMEs to gather necessary information and insights.Incorporate feedback from SME, trainers and learners to continuously improve the quality and effectiveness of the presentations.
Design Layouts: Develop visually appealing layouts that enhance the learner\'s experience. Use graphics, charts, infographics, and other multimedia elements to support the content according to learning purposes.
Work Organization: Work on multiple projects simultaneoulsy to ensure the allocated tasks is completed within the stipulated time. Communicate your timeline proactively.
