Telephonic/video call consultation by ECA/CCA/TL
Visiting the complaint site if unable to resolve the complaint over phone/video call
Conduct training to new ECA/CCA/TL wrt to product application, complaints handling.
TA will ensure the training of new products to team members as and when required by the unit
