Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for the entire MP Franna & RT product support in the India Region• Manage the dealer channels, and effect timely service support.
• Training on product for Dealer and Direct Service Engineers.
• Render Operator Training Modules for Key Customers
• Development of Training aids for rendering effective trainings.
• Content Development for training in collaborations with SMEs.
• Render remote helpdesk support to dealers in India as well as overseas market.
• Administer the dealer warranty and to ensure the timely processing of claims
• Competition benchmarking and feedback.
• Recommended parts stocking lists for customer, dealers and Distributors
• Track machine performance evaluation and validation of new upgrades.
• Responsible for Billable hours and settlement of service charges during warranty
• Develop standard work sheets for service work and standard service rates
• The role would be enlarged to cover other products in the Terex MP range


Position Qualifications:• Min 10-15 years' experience on Product Support and/ or Training for similar equipment
• Experience on Key account Management through dealer channels as well as direct Institutional customer base
• Basic commercial knowledge for Service Billing and Claims settlements.
• Positive individual with leadership and motivational skills
• Willingness to travel to remote sites and manage customer expectations.
• Interpersonal skills to liaise with dealers and customers to obtain feedback.
• Familiarity with, ability to, and willingness to, work safely on-site in industrial equipment.
• Develop new service providers to provide reach and response
• Coordinate with Internal customers to deliver product support in the market
