Approaching the corporate through email and personal visits to develop partnerships and placements.
Help students identify employment options that match their career interests.
Assist students in all aspects of the job search by providing training in the areas of resume writing, interviewing techniques, Aptitude, Soft Skills...etc.
Schedule and follow up on student interviews with prospective employers.
Participate in the coordination and organization of on-campus events such as pool campuses, Guest Sessions, Workshops...etc.
Ensure that new jobs and internship opportunities or any other placement-related information are communicated and posted in time on all valid platforms.
Handle all the operations related to the placement cell of the Institute.
Schedule and advertise campus recruitment for employers and build a strong network in the TPO community as well.
Creating and maintaining employer and student database(s). Strengthening Alumni relations.
Coordinate with concerned faculties or external parties for preparations of students for various placement opportunities.
Attend seminars and other training opportunities for professional development.
Signing up the MOUs with the Companies.
Maintaining the database of the students.
Other related duties as assigned.
Preferred candidate profile
Minimum 6-12 Years of experience in a leading National/international Management institute experience in industry/corporate organizations of which at least 2-3 years should be at the Middle Management level or Business Development Manager from Recruitment consultancy. Candidates with experience from education institutions/sector and service sector will be preferred. He/ She should have good communication & interpersonal skills.
Graduate / MBA degree holders are preferred.
Experience in training and placement is a must
Candidates (Recruiters) from Reputed Recruitment consultancies are also preferred.
Are available for full time in the office (Work from Office is Mandate)
