Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain relationships with companies to understand their hiring needs.
2. Assist students in resume building, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
3. Track placement outcomes and maintain accurate records of student placements.
4. Provide ongoing support and guidance to students throughout the placement process.
5. Stay updated with industry trends and job market demands to enhance placement strategies.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (HR, Business Administration, etc.).
2. Proven experience in recruitment, placement services, or career counseling.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment.
5. Familiarity with job portals, recruitment platforms, LinkedIn and CRM systems.
