Job Description
• To design, develop and coordinate all the training programs.
• Well versed with all training methods including on the job training, cross training, mentorship etc.
• To analyze the training needs and achieve the objectives.
• To assess the training effectiveness and take corrective action.
• Experienced candidates preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From ?15,000.00 per month
