This is a fulll-time position is based in multiple locations, including Karwar, Goa Velha, Sanand, Ahmedabad, Panchgani, and Guwahati. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing effective training programs to enhance employee skills and performance, with a focus on both technical and hospitality sectors.Qualifications and Skills

  • Training Needs Analysis (Mandatory skill): Ability to evaluate training needs through rigorous analysis, ensuring alignment with business objectives and employee growth.
  • Learning Management Systems (Mandatory skill): Proficient in managing and utilizing learning management systems to track, deliver, and evaluate training programs efficiently.
  • Employee Development (Mandatory skill): Expertise in developing and executing employee development plans to nurture talent and drive career advancement within the organization.
  • Instructional Design: Skilled in designing instructional materials and programs that are engaging, clear, and effective for diverse learning needs and environments.

Roles and Responsibilities
