We are looking for a Training Administrator to support our training function. You will help create the most successful programs and be in charge of corresponding with vendors and participants.For this position, you should be able to multitask and operate under pressure. In addition to having a keen eye for detail, You should also have excellent project management abilities and be a dependable issue solver. You need to ensure that our training programs are interesting and effective.Responsibilities:
Participate in creating and implementing training programs.
Maintain training records (e.g., trainee lists, schedules, and attendance sheets).
Arrange classrooms and ensure theyre properly set up.
Prepare and disseminate material (e.g., instructional notes and feedback forms).
Act as a point of contact for vendors and participants.
Manage the accounts receivable and ensure that invoices are paid.
Resolve issues as they arise on site.
Submit reports on training activities and results.
Recommend improvements or new programs.
Ensure employees and vendors follow established policies.
Required Skills:
Proven experience as a Training Administrator, Training Coordinator HR Assistant or similar role
Experience in project management or Training Management skills.
Knowledge of office procedures and billing
Proficient in MS Office; working knowledge of databases and Learning Management Systems (LMS) is a plus
Excellent organizational and multitasking ability
Outstanding communication skills
Strong attention to detail
Any graduate with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience
