Job Role - Patient Engagement Manager (Non Clinical - Trainer & Quality role)

Roles & Responsiblities -

• Conduct and periodically review contents of the initial training of New Hires of the process.
• create one-on-one or group training to resolve training discrepancies.
• Develop and implement programs for calling agents
• Assist in developing cross-training materials and SOPs, as required
• Assist in Quality analysis and assist in setting up a team for long-term goals and will work with Operations hand to hand.
• Review the calls done by the calling agents/Doctors and train accordingly
• Preparation of Training Plans, and relevant Training reports and Dashboards.

Requirement -

• BDS with minimum 2 year experience - MBA in healthcare management is a plus
• Effective communication skills for patient interactions
• People skills & soft skills are must
• MS office
