Trainer/customer Service
Job Description
We at Decagon Software Pvt Ltd develop and sell ERP software for schools in India. Our clients (schools) are spread across the country.
While using our software, our customers call us for help if they face issues, or need assistance. We are looking for an Application Support Executive to guide our customers with their queries.
Work location: Kapurbawdi Junction, Ghodbunder Road, Thane
You will have the following job duties:
• Respond to queries / requests from our customers (on phone or via CRM).
• Give training to our customers (on phone) on how to use our software and mobile app.
You should have the following skills:
• Basic knowledge about Ms word, Ms Excel.
• Good written and verbal communication skills
Working hours: 9 am to 6 pm (Monday to Saturday)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?16,000.00 per month
